The next time you start Alpaca Manager, the new version will be used. If there have been any structural database changes included with the update, your existing data file will be updated automatically.

Version 7.0.2 includes the following changes:

Only show the Tools/Spelling Ribbon item if the user's PC has the Microsoft Office Proofing Tools installed.
Add the Animal Show Results report.
Add the option to find Mating records which do not have the selected Mating Event Types when finding Mating records.
Add Latest as an option when finding Shearing records. This will limit the search to the latest Shearing record (taking into account the option selected for the 'Sample?' condition).
Bug Fixes:
- Correct a problem when Finding Contacts using either the Address Type or Contact Type selection criteria options.
  Change various Status Bar references to Breeder to use the correct term Contact.
- Correct a problem with the format of the user's eMail address in the mailto Unsubscribe link.
- Correct a problem with the sort order of the Shearing Work Sheet report when the Find Shearings Summary form is sorted by Colour.
  In addition, sort the report by Shearing Date (ascending or descending) if the Find Shearings Summary form is sorted by any of the shearing details.|

- Correct a problem when selecting a Location Diary Unit for a Location Diary Event Name.

Version 7.0.1 includes the following changes:

Add an option to suppress the Farm Owner Contact Details in the footer of the Sales Sheet report.

- Correct a problem when deleting Location and Animal Diary Event Names from the Summary list.

Version 7.0.0 includes the following changes:

Convert Alpaca Manager to Access 2007.
Add the optional Contact Diary Unit to the definition of a Contact Diary Event Name and, if specified, require entry of an Amount when adding a Contact Diary Event.
Contact Diary Units include the pre-defined unit 'Currency' and others defined by the user.
Add the Contact Financial Summary and the Contact Diary Financial Summary reports to summarise 'Currency' Diary Events for a Contact or a set of found Contact Diary Events.
Add the pre-defined unit 'Currency' for the optional Animal and Location Diary Units.
Add the Animal and Location Financial Summary reports to summarise 'Currency' Diary Events for Animals and Locations.
Add the Animal Diary Financial Summary report to summarise 'Currency' Diary Events for a set of found Animal Diary Events.
Add the Coarse Edge Micron (CEM) shearing statistic to the Shearing record.
Add the Spinning Fineness (SF) sample statistic to the Shearing Summary reports.
Include the animal's Weaned Weight (if both Weaned Date and Weaned Weight are recorded) when graphing weight observations or showing the last recorded weight for an animal.
Add a new option (Work Sheet/Create Notes?) to the Options form to indicate whether to create the standard Notes value in the records created by a Work Sheet.
When Entering a Diary, Medication or Reminder Calendar Event where the Due Date has passed, prompt the user to determine which date to use when rescheduling the Calendar Event.
Previously, Reminder Events were always rescheduled using the original Due Date.

You will be prompted to Open/Run or Save the file.

Select the Save option.
In the prompt that follows, select a folder on your computer in which to store the file.
The download will take around 30 minutes on a 32k dial-up connection.
On completion, open the folder and double-click on the downloaded file.
Follow the instructions to install Alpaca Manager.

Existing users, click the Help/About menu in Alpaca Manager to check your current version.
