Customer Register helps you to keep in touch with your customers.
It is designed to store Contact details and allow
you to find them based on selection criteria. You can also schedule up-coming tasks using the Calendar feature.
With a group
of Contacts found, you can easily create an email campaign to send a single message to each contact - no more hassles with hundreds
of email addresses in the CC or BCC fields. Often, such messages are not accepted by internet providers or are treated
as SPAM by the recipient's server. Customer Register sends a single message, tailored specifically for that contact, to
each email address. Attachments can also be included with the message.
Advanced users can export the Contact details
to an analysis file allowing them to use the full power of, for example, Word Mail Merge to create a postal mail-out. Customer
Register can be used to print the envelopes.
This software can be installed on a computer running
Windows XP, Vista or
later with
Microsoft Access 2003 or
2007. If you don't have Microsoft Access already installed (or if you have an older version),
request an installation CD - this includes the Access 2007 Runtime.
