Alpaca Manager is a software package to help you manage your Alpaca herd.
It is designed to record details of your Alpacas and manage
day-to-day animal husbandry tasks. You can record mating and birth details, vaccinations, body score and weight observations and much
more. You can also schedule up-coming tasks using the Calendar feature.
Available Reports include: Calendar Events Due, Animal Details,
Sales Sheets, Projected Birth Dates and many more.
Animal details can also be exported to a transfer file (for importing by another Alpaca
Manager user). This is useful if you want to transfer the records of animals you have sold to the new owner.
If you have an
AlpacaSeller account,
you can create a data file for uploading to your account.
Alpaca Manager also allows you to record Show entries. To simplify data entry,
you can download Show Data files containing Show and Show Class definitions and import them into your Alpaca Manager data file from
the following pages:
This software can be installed on a computer running Microsoft Windows with any
version of Microsoft Access from Access 2000 onwards (Access 2002, 2003 or 2007). If you don't have Microsoft Access already installed
(or if you have an older version),
request an installation CD - this includes the Access 2000 and 2003 Runtime files.
