Choose the relevant installer for your computer:

Download 32-Bit CollManV4.0.4.exe or Download 64-Bit CollManV4.0.4_x64.exe

The file will be saved to your downloads folder. Open the downloaded file to start the installation. Press CTRL+J to view your downloaded files if you aren’t sure where the file is.

Follow the instructions to install Collection Manager.

If the installation stops with the message “You must have 32-Bit Microsoft Access 2016 (or later) installed on your computer before you can install Collection Manager.” or “You must have 64-Bit Microsoft Access 2016 (or later) installed on your computer before you can install Collection Manager.”, and you already have Microsoft Access 2016 or later installed, you need to use the other installer (32/64 Bit). If you don’t have Microsoft Access 2016 or later installed, follow the instructions here and try again.

The next time you start Collection Manager, the new version will be used. If there have been any structural database changes included with the update, your existing data file will be updated automatically.

  • On starting the application, store the current date/time in the Registry.
    This will be displayed if the Back-End data file can’t be found the next time the application starts. It provides a time frame for when the file was moved, renamed or deleted.
  • Add the Import/CSV Contact Diary Records Ribbon item.
  • Add default country to the Import Wizard to be used if no country is specified for an address.
  • Add the Analyse Diary Events button to the Find Contact Event Summary form.
